Shipping Information
Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of the item and the delivery destination and therefore vary. Your charge will be calculated when you go to the check out. You may still cancel the order at this stage. We deliver your order directly via Courier.
Returns / Refunds Policy
An order may be cancelled by you within 7 working days of placing the order or within 7 working days of receiving the order, which ever is the longer. For detailed information on how to return an item please contact us. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded, apart from your expense of returning the products as mentioned below. If you wish to use your right to cancel, you must also; take reasonable care of the products until you return them and deliver the product to us in its original packaging or suitable packaging, at your own risk and expense. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will also be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT where appropriate. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
