International 420 Dinghy

The International 420 dinghy is the most popular established performance two person trapeze and conventional spinnaker racing dinghy with nearly 100 boats at the 2005 National Championships and with over 52,000 boats worldwide. The 420 dinghy is one of only two Youth boats recognized by the RYA and is the 2008 ISAF Youth World Championship boat. The majority of UK Olympic sailors were members of the 420 Youth Squad. The ideal competitive combined crew weight is 110 to 145 Kg.

We can supply complete, fully-fitted boats that will be competitive at the World Championships. We specialise in Blueblue and Lenam, but can source boats from other manufacturers such as Nautivela and Ziegelmayer.


Blueblue
The new 420 dinghy on the block is the Blueblue from the Polish Sport-Sails Center, the Blueblue Optimist builder.
