From the A27, on the Chichester ring road, turn South onto the A286 (Wittering Road) for Bracklesham/Selsey/Witterings. Follow the A286 for 2.8 miles (past the Chichester Marina entrance on the right) and turn left into Birdham Business Park. Fork right once through the entrance - Unit 12 is at the back.
